HP battery alert: primary interal battery 601

only after 3 years of normal use of the lapotp, I'm facing the issue "HP battery alert: primary interal battery 601". I think that the battery warranty is still valid only after 3 years. Could you confirm that?

Unless you purchased an extended Care Pack Warranty, this model series is not likely still in warranty.

Regardless, you can check warranty status for yourself.

• Scroll down > To the right of Check multiple warranties, Click Continue
• Enter the Serial Number and Country for one or more devices / systems to be checked
• Check the box to verify you are "Not a robot"
• Click Submit (at bottom of list entries)
• When the page opens, Click View Details
