Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello guys. Yesterday i buy my first OMEN laptop (HP OMEN 17 an104nu) . Yesterday HP detect my product without problems and i install drivers. But today i go to site on HP to view for graphics driver.

And i get this message: 

I try to enter product number and serial number.

Please HELP ME :Crying:

I dont know when it will be fixed.

Hello @TeoSapun

 

HP servers are having issues this weekend. Give it time and they will have it sorted out.

You can also install the latest graphics drivers from Nvidia directly if you prefer not to wait.
