Hello, I have an HP Omen that I recently wanted to upgrade for storage and ram, but I wasn't able to get information online about the ram. I've looked everywhere about what was the maximum upgradability of the ram, in product information, in manuals, in other sites, and in this forum, but there wasn't a single place that helped me. I also decided to search based off the motherboard, HP 8A17, but there was no information about it too. So i just decided to go based off of Crucial's compatibility search and got myself Crucial 32gb ddr5 5600 mhz sdram saying it was compatible, only to find out that it would only go up to 4800 mhz and the BIOS doesn't let me access xmp. 

Is there a site that HP provides for upgrade support that I haven't found, so that I don't make the same mistake again? Thanks for the help

HP has not supplied new documents (manuals) for the series, you can use the previous manual for more info

HP Omen 17ck-1000 is an invalid model/product that why you won't be able to get help. What is it ?
