After two months of waiting for HP to repair my laptop, they finally offered to loan me a used one before I get mine. However, when I provided my credit card information for a collateral charge of one dollar, they ended up charging it over 30 times. Despite assurances from my case manager that the issue would be resolved promptly and I'd receive a refund within 72 hours, four days have passed and I'm still waiting. To make matters worse, they're continuing to charge my card daily. This situation is beyond frustrating. (Moderators please do not delete my post. This is a different issue, and my past issue has not been resolved yet.)

I see that there is an issue with your laptop recent repair and the support here is limited to troubleshooting.

As you have been in contact with a case manager for the same order, request you to get in touch with the same case manager to look into it further to sort it out.
