I have ordered an omen 17 laptop on November 3rd it was supposed to be delivered today. I have received a new delivery date. I tried to call or chat but no luck. Even stayed on the line for 3 hours and my call wasn't answered. How can I hold them accountable? I can't even cancel the order. I'm thinking about opening a dispute with the credit card company. Any help will be appreciated

I have escalated your issue to HP’s Support Team in your region. They will review and check for possible options available, if any, to resolve your issue. You should be contacted within 2-4 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Response times may vary by region
