Hi guys, 

 

I have been trying to get my laptop fixed every day for nearly a month now, HP NEVER calls me back when requested, they ignore my emails, they hang up calls, they dial for 3 seconds then hang, its ridiculous.

 

I have been able to get through 4 times in a month, and 4 times I have been told my laptop has been arranged to be collected for repairs and I will receive and email confirming. ALL 4 TIMES I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED AN EMAIL.

 

Im completely losing my patience, they just ignore me, lie to me and are not doing anything to help me, its feeling like a complete waste of time and I nearly binned my laptop today due to frustration.

 

Has anyone got any advice? I am in warranty for the next 6 months and they are just refusing to help, I'm going to contact the consumer advise bureau and a solicitor and attempt to take this to court and I see literally no other resolution.
