Hello,

I have a omen 15 with a rtx2060, a intel core i7 and 16gb of ram. My experience has been amazing until I suddenly noticed that same games are just unplayable. for example: normally I was able to play gtaV at the highest settings, yet now it runs at 1fps (as with a lot of games) but the wierd thing is that when i press the windows button, the game works perfectly again. so I tried to play it, but the second i click on the game, it drops back to 1 fps. I have been in contact with the hp support team a while ago and they helped me with the problem by a driver update but everytime i got a windows update i had to do the driver update they gave me. and now the driver update is so old that windows won't allow me to download it because it is to outdated... I really hope someone can help me with this problem because I can't believe someone has to pay €1800 for a laptop that can't run any games.
