Hello, I would like to point out I purchased a OMEN 15 Ryzen 5 last year and its hinge has been constantly making sound cracking sound. Particularly the right attachment of the hinge makes a very loud sound and is not smooth at all. It feels some plastic parts are being rubbed against each other everytime I open my laptop. Please provide help it as soon as possible. It scares the hell out of me every time I slide up and open the hinge of my laptop.

Also I forgot to mention my laptop is still in warranty.
