Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wd000 (7B9S0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought a new omen laptop, got windows, got everything but I can't change a color on a keyboard becouse "it doesn't support light studio" (also touchpad doesn't work(only in bios)) . What should I do?

I see that you are facing an issue with your new Laptop.

 

If the model you have purchased does not support the light studio, then you can get in touch with the place where you purchased it from to get a replacement of a model that supports the feature.
