HP omen command center doesn't show lightning and other properties

HP omen command center doesn't show lightning and other properties. my windows is up to date. can someone help me to deal with this?

Depends on what model you have.

Open the HP Support Assistant and give me the Product Number of your Omen.

Your model is OMEN by HP - 15-dc0020nr

It does not have an RGB 4-zone keyboard nor will it overclock.

So the Omen Command Center is showing exactly what it can offer.

Hope that clears it up for you. Let me know if you have other questions.

so I cant change lighting colors? can you tell me in which model can I change the colors, I thought mine was capable of that

To try to list the ones that do would be way too hard.

It would be better to tell me a model to look up, or the store you purchased from so I could narrow it down better.
