Product: Omen dc1093tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My omen dc1093ts laptop  shuts down automatically in the following situations 

1) When the laptop awakes from sleep

2) When the laptop is turned on, it loads the omen screen and then shuts down automatically.

 

The above problem occurs even when the battery is more than 50%. 

The above problems doesn't occur if I plug in the adapter. 

I can duplicate these issues all the time its not a random issue.

@madhu113  I assume you are still under warranty, correct?

If so, you need to contact HP Support and return the unit for repairs.
