Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP omen laptop in December. It’s been freezing randomly and shutting off. I ran a test and it says the extensive memory check failed. Failure code 63TR7D-AB8AGX-MFPU3F-40A003. It is still under warranty. What does it need and what number should I call?

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, this sounds like hardware related issue with the Memory Module and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
