Omen i7 9th gen with nvidia geforce RTX, 17inch monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the Omen i7 with nvidia GeForce RTX video card. After this last update I noticed my games lagging. I checked my video card in device manager and the computer was no longer recognizing the video card. I have tried everything I could research to fix the issue. Any advice?

Hi, I had the same problem, uninstal all video devices in device manager, restart and run windows update. then you can go to nvidia center to update drivers and it should be fine.

I made it this way as my omen laptop didn't recognize any graphics card

I'm just a normal customer that purchased a omen laptop end of 2019
