Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought the HP omen gaming laptop thinking it one of the best ones , however it is running so hot, just after 10min of not even gaming, it just being on it is Hot to the touch. As soon as I start playing games it gets so hot that the keyboard even starts burning my fingers.

And if i try running the laptop not on charge , the battery only last for about 2 hours . Has anyone found any way to resolve this issue or is it just a bad laptop and i need to start saving again for a new one that is not HP
