HP pavilion 360x 14m-dh1003dx

Pavilion 360x

My Pavilion 360x 14m-dh1003dx will not power on. There are no signs of life. I removed the base enclosure, took out the battery, and held the power button for 1min. Nothing happened. I have also tried powering the device without the battery and only the AC adapter. Again, nothing happened. I am at a loss. This device is a little over a year old and I let the warranty run out. Additionally, there must not be any CMOS or RTC. Does anyone have any advice?
