Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an issue where in my newly purchased hp pavillion gaming laptop(ec 1025ax) the battery takes like 30 mins to charge from 99-100 and while using on battery the battery percentage stays at 100% for 20-25 mins before dropping to 94% and discharging normally after that I looked for solutions on this forum and other places and found out many people have the same issue where during discharging the battery skips 99-95% and I read at some places that this is an hp bios issue i just want to know is this a common glitch or is it cause for a major concern
