Hi. I wanted to ask something. A couple of months ago i had problems with laptop overheating and loud noise so i decided to send my laptop to service. After some time i got it back. Everything was working fine until now, again the laptop was overheating and was working loud so i decided to clean the fans, i didn't touch anything only the fans. Everything was fine but when i tried to start the laptop it turned off again. I was worried so i sent it to the service ( not the hp ) and after 2 days i was told that someone who was replacing the thermal paste on the cooling core just scratched it and that caused procesor and something else to burn. I have photo of the cooling core and papers with cleaning it up by HP serivce. What can I do nów?
