And i have one more question.

Can i upgrade RAM memory card 8GB to 16GB  HP spectre 13-v007tu?

I need more memory space, so is there any way to extend the memory space?

No.  I have a 13-v model and have disassembled it to upgrade the M.2 disk and can report the memory is soldered to the motherboard. No upgrade possible. Mine also is 8 gigs and I wish I could install 16 gigs.
