Bought an Omen 17 laptop last week, the Serial number provided is not real and does not register. Ive called HP support multiple times as I can not make a ticket without a serial number. Ive given them all the information and they've stated they added my info to their systems and I should work just fine now, I still cannot pull up my laptop on HP website for any warrenty info or help. I do no reccomend buying HP if its this difficult to get something simple resolved.
