So I have a HP victus 15 gaming laptop and I ONLY have 4gb of DDR4 memory (not ram) I have 32gb of ram  I want to Kno if I can upgrade the memory like you can do with the RAM ??

The graphics adapter and dedicated graphics memory are integral parts of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
