I will be very brief..
I had many problems with my laptop; I contacted HP for 3 weeks; they tried their best and finally told me to go the authorized repair center. I have done for 3 times. The laptop has been with them for nearly the last 6-7 months, and the problems haven't been solved. I escalated the issue in October. Finally on December 18th, HP contacted me and told me they agreed and will replace my laptop. They asked for my approval of the model they offered; I accepted.
I emailed them that I need the laptop urgently. I emailed them 5 times. They replied once. They never replied again. They told 9 days ago they would release the laptop within this week. And they did not yet!

I have been emailing them, and they do not reply back. They probably do not check emails.
This situation has hugely affected my studies and my work in the last half year, has cost me huge amounts of time and even money, and it is not even yet to be solved.
There is not even a phone number I can contact them with; it is very strange!! Only a landline number that is only accessible from landline phones, which have become very rare in Egypt.
Also, I think the authorized repair center do not communicate well with HP.
With due respect, but honestly this is a very bad customer service. I hope you put those recommendations in mind.

I am waiting for your response. I need to receive the laptop ASAP, tomorrow if possible because I have been promised to receive it even earlier!
