Hello, 

 

I am looking for options to upgrade the storage and memory in my omen laptop.

 

1. Is it possible to install a second SATA HDD drive or I need to upgrade the currently installed SSD drive?

2. Is it possible to upgrade the memory to 16 gb? I read some forums where they indicated that the memory is soldered.

 

I would like to know that before actually opening it.

No SODIMM slots - not customer accessible / upgradeable
