Hi,

got a failure on my computer, the starting with the Omen Screen and loading is always here, i did some starting tests with "F2" and i've got a problem on my Hard Drive, do you know if i can look for a pro who will change them pls ? Or do i have to buy another one computer ? My warranty is over. Thanks !

Hi:

 

Even though the warranty has expired, that is still a relatively new notebook, and you should consider replacing the hard drive/solid state drive.

 

You may even want to try fixing it yourself.
