Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the 17.3 inch HP Omen gaming notebook (Model number 17-w253dx) I want to upgrade the hard disk drive and the solid state drive to something a lot faster than what comes pre installed 1tb 7200 rpm HDD and 128gb ssd. Also need to know if the hdd is a 3.5 inch drive or what size it is. They both are becoming very slow in all tasks, I think it will soon be time to replace them. What's the highest storage capacity for each drive in the pc and the fastest as well? Thank you and I hope someone can advise me on what to get for my pc.

Its specs

which shows it has 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA therefore 128GB of M.2 SSD is a bonus.

For HDD: It has 2.5" HDD (all standard laptops/notebooks do not use 3.5" HDD's - too big and too thick). You can replace its HDD  with a 2.5" HDD/SSD (1TB or 2TB), for example

For the M.2 SSD: If you wish, you can replace it with 500GB or 1TB of M.2 NVMe SSD using Samsung 970 EVO or Crucial P1 series, for example
