My computer is showing the following as my hard drive. I am pretty sure I should have more hard drive space. What have I done?

Thank you for the additional information, @Jynne!
The problem is exactly what I thought it might be. Look at the 6th box in this photo:

It shows 823.97 GB of Unallocated. Unfortunately, since the Unallocated space is not next to the Primary partition C:, it cannot be added to C: using Disk Management. Here is a guide to help you move it using AOMEI Partition Assistant. You can use the FREE version. I believe your only other choice would be to do a full System Recovery using the Recovery software that you made when you bought the computer.

@Jynne , welcome to the forum.
I would like to have you check in Disk Management to see what it shows: right click on Start (Windows logo bottom left of desktop/select Disk Management and make a screen shot.
