Hi @niki80,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your OMEN laptop's UEFI hardware diagnostics freezes at 60 and doesn't progress further, it could indicate a potential hardware issue or a glitch in the diagnostic tool itself.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Restart the Laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Try restarting your laptop and accessing the UEFI hardware diagnostics again to see if the issue persists.
Update UEFI/BIOS: Check if there are any updates available for your laptop's UEFI/BIOS firmware. Visit the official HP support website for your laptop model and download the latest firmware update if available. Software and Drivers for OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1015nl
Check for Hardware Issues: If the problem persists, there may be an underlying hardware issue causing the freeze during the diagnostics process.HP PCs - Testing for hardware failures
Perform a System Reset: As a last resort, you can try performing a system reset or restoring to factory settings. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on your laptop, so make sure to back up any important files before proceeding.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi thanks for the reply . I did all hardware tests and they passed. Only the battery needed to be calibrated but unfortunately I couldn't do anything else. PC shut down after battery ran out and I couldn't turn on PC. I have to take him for assistance. Adapter is not broken but it no longer charged the battery. After 2 years PC died

Thank you very much for your help. I came back PC works again, I had to change adapter. I have done all the steps you told me but the problem still exists. I reset the PC as from the factory but nothing has changed.I tested all the components and they passed I remembered that the problem occurred after I installed the latest version of HP PC hardware diagnostics windows.I tried uninstalling and installing the old version but it doesn't work because it tells me it already exists on the PC
