Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop freezes every time it boots up. I have reset the laptop and Cortana seems to work fine for the intro select language etc. My screen however is still stuck in the bootup logo screen. I'm currently trying to remove the battery and then start up, but cant seem to find a fiber cable that connects the battery to the mother board.

any help would be greatly appreciated

thanks.

I suggest leaving the battery along as you have not stated there is a power problem.

Try reseating the memory or performing a recovery.

Did this happen after a recent update?
