Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using HP OMEN laptop 'HP OMEN -15 dc0084tx' from 2 years. Now I am facing Heating and battery backup issue.  After turning on laptop, in just 15 min. laptop starts heating. And Battery backup is just 1 hour when fully charged. Please give me solution to this. 

Laptop details:

1. 16 gb RAM

2.  4 Gb 1050Ti NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX Graphics

3. Intel® Core™ i7-8750H (2.2 GHz base frequency, up to 4.1 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 9 MB cache, 6 cores)

4. 3-cell, 52 Wh Li-ion Battery

5. Windows 10 Home Single Language 64

I reviewed your post and I understand that the laptop is overheating, and the battery is draining quickly.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Intel: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98167.exe

I recommend you to sell this laptop ,and never buy h p again. I have the same scenario, acer ASUS , dell, m s I,     is the way to go, dump this.
