I have been facing this problem for several weeks, I have tried everything, I can't solve this problem, can someone please help?

I download from the Microsoft store, but the update does not take place, and it gives me a network error message, what should I do?

How good your home network is ? Please use wired connection, not wifi.

I connected with the network cable but nothing new was done and the same problem as before remains. I don't know where the problem is. I have never faced such a problem before.
