Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So Basically I have had this laptop for a while now and over the years the laptop started getting very hot and for some reason on the task manager on the disk its 100% and overworking itself all the time and even of the omen command center with me not playing games the gpu's usage goes from 97% to back to 0 and keeps on overworking itself.

It specs

It has  12 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB). and  1 TB 7200 rpm SATA should be enough for your machine. But I would recommend

1. Increade RAM to 32GB using the following compatible RAM (will run at 2133MHz

                   https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfd824a/ct11589484

2. Add M.2 NVMe SSD to your machine. Move Windows and apps / programs to it and keep old HDD for users data/files. Crucial P2 or P5, Samsung NVMe 720 EVO .... SSD are suitable candidates for this.

3. Keep machine to run cooler using

Regards.
