Brand new laptop with high latency issue.

 

I experienced bad performance and lags even tho staying in desktop and no program running. So i installed Latencymon and see whats happening. Anytime running latencymon after 5 or 10 secons dpc and isr's are maximasing couseing lags, sound pops ang glitches.

 

Here is what i tried to fix bot nothing helped

 

update all drivers

update bios

reinstall windows form microsoft site

reinstall windows form hp cloud

safe mode test

adding high performance power plan

unpack cpu

reinstall windows with minimum drivers and test again

tried every drivers one by one

 

nothing helped i couldnt find what cousing high latency

mostly Wdf01000.sys and ACPI.sys peaks latency

 

i want to use this pc as dailydriver but its very annoying.
