I am having problems with my new HP notebook. The problem is that I have a high ping every few seconds. I have already tested several drivers from both HP and Microsoft for the wifi adapter and unfortunately got no improvement.
There is also an error in the log:

A problem occurred while starting the PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8852&SUBSYS_88E1103C&REV_00\04CFFFE88520100 device.
