My Omen GPU's and CPU's temperature is way too high even when RAM utilization is very low. I check the Omen Command Center and this is what I see when I let my PC off for even 3 days.
I don't think it is normal, can someone help me?
This is my first real Gaming PC, so I don't know very much about it.

Hello @JustSanti_
Its a little high for idle alright, but it depends also on what you might have running in the background too.
Is the laptop fully up to date? Go to All Settings>Update and Security and click on the Check for updates button to force windows to hunt for updates. Do this a couple of times.
Then open the HP Support Assistant and check for any driver updates and install them also.
That HP Support Assistant will also tell you which bios update is installed. It should be version F.11 .
If it is not, use this link to download and install it... https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/omen-by-hp-15-dc1000-laptop-pc-series/261...
Also, have you installed or are using any Anti Virus Suite? That might be a factor. Also any other third party apps running can cause the cpu to load up. Open the task manager and select the column for the CPU and see what is possibly taking up cpu resources. Browsers being open and such things can make your temps go up.
Let me know what happens.
After you do all the above and the temps are still idle in the 50s, try a different temp monitor like HWMonitor and see what the CPU Value column is reading, Im more interested in the first Value column than the Min and Max columns. Wondering if HWMonitor is matching what the Omen Command Center is reading.

1) I just noticed my PC is different. Sorry about that. It was a 15-dc0xxx. So the F.08 was the best update.
2) The situation hasn't changed much. I will try to turn off the PC for a while so it cools a bit. I even tried with HWMonitor, but it says it is indeed hot. I updated everything.
3) Nothing is consuming much RAM, I checked the Control Panel with no avail.
Thanks for the help.
I will let you know. 😊
