Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
I see that you're experiencing high temperature while playing the game, These temperatures are pretty hot, especially the CPU. Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you checked with other applications or games?
- Does computer shutdown or freeze when it reaches 92°C?
While you respond to that, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
To decrease the likelihood of overheating problems, ensure the fans on your laptop are able to ventilate properly. Proper ventilation for the system is important for laptop operation. Follow these guidelines to ensure adequate ventilation:
-
Keep the laptop upright and on a sturdy, level surface.
-
Provide at least 15.25 centimeters (6 inches) of clearance around each vent.
-
If the laptop is being used at very high altitudes, above 1500 meters (5000 feet), take extra care to keep the laptop cool.
Also, check for BIOS updates and install them using instructions in the HP support document Updating the BIOS.
Try checking the game in game mode, press the Windows key and G to open the Game bar.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
