@Jayanth9, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding hinge issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I get how frustrating a hinge issue can be, especially after a couple of years of use. Over time, normal wear and tear can cause the hinges to loosen or break, particularly near high-use areas like the power button.
If your laptop is out of warranty, there will be a nominal charge for the repair. You can get the hinges replaced at an HP-authorized service center or a trusted local technician.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
