Hello, 

This is my first time posting here so if I make any errors please bear with me. My complaint is about how much time hp support has taken to repair the keyboard on my hp omen laptop. HP received my laptop from me on October 7th after which I waited for 2 weeks before contacting them about the status of my laptop since hp says it takes 1~2 weeks to repair the device. After several days going back and forth about when I could receive my device I was told there was a parts shortage. 

 

Hp support keeps stringing me along and says I'll get the computer in 2 days, I've been hearing this for a week now. I was supposed to get the computer tomorrow October 31, but now when I check the status online, it says estimate delivery time is November 6. I'm a full time student and have tried to get across that not having my laptop is severely hindering my ability to do my assignments and get my work done, but every time I contact hp support, I'm told ill get it in 2 days. Then when 2 days pass, I still haven't received it. 

 

Can anyone please tell me if you know a telephone number or email that belongs to someone in a position who can actually help me get my laptop back? It's been a month now and I'd like to get my laptop back before my semester ends.
