I need to restore my PC to the orginal factory settings, how do I do that?

Windows 10 can be restored to factory settings by either performing a “refresh” of your PC (without affecting your files) or by performing a “reset” (this removes personal files).

 

Other options include a system restore if System Restore wasn’t turned off or using third-party recovery software.
