Omen 17

I deeply regret buying my Omen Notebook some months ago. Right now I try to find a way to contact the support by mail or by phone, but there is no contact information available on that stupid website. Whatever i click i always get to a landing site, where i can start a "virtual chat" and thats it.

Can plz someone be so kind and provide me a link to either E-Mail adresses or Phone Numbers?

(My next notebook won´t be a HP anymore! Thats for sure!)

Welcome to the HP Community.

Normally, and assuming the product is registered and still in Warranty, you can submit a Support case online.

I will send your question to the Community moderators for Review.

Have your Product Number and Warranty status ready plus any other information you think is important.

HP Support - Technical Support for Devices in Warranty

Short Version

Registered Devices in Warranty:  Select a method and contact HP Support…

Open website  HP World-Wide Support

Select your region and follow the prompts

Regional Links

 USA / Canada >   HP® Customer Support - USA

 UK >  HP® Customer Support - UK

 ---------------------------------------------------

Details / Long Version

Reminders

  • Case submission to HP Support is available to those whose devices registered and are still in Warranty.
  • Some regions display phone / chat contact information only after the case is submitted online

  • Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty.  Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
  • HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are generally not accepted.
  • If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.

Important

  • HP Phone numbers you find on the Internet have likely been hijacked.  Old HP phone numbers – those no longer used by HP since the move to “online” case submissions  – might have been hijacked.  Do not be a victim.  Be Careful.

Out of Warranty?  What to do...

For those of us who are "Out of Warranty" people, submitting a case to HP is not an option.

HP Support does not generally provide free service for out-of-warranty devices.

Our Community is not HP Support; we do offer help free of charge.

Reminder

  • When you submit your question to the Community,
  • Provide as much information as possible about the product, for example, the exact model of the device and the Operating System
  • Tell us what you have tried to fix the problem.
  • As best you can, describe the issue for which you are seeking our help.

Unfortunatly i already tried that several times. Whatever I click, whatever i choose, i always get to this screen and the only option is to start a virtual chat. No telephone number, no e-mail,no message form,  no nothing. Just that virtual Chat thing.

You are welcome.

I've sent your request for Review by the moderator team.

The method is not fast (we are not support) - it usually works.

Hang in there.

Request for Review

  • I have submitted a request that our Community moderators review your question / concern.

Worth Noting

  • Our Community is not an HP business group.
  • We are not HP Technical Support, nor are we HP Sales, Service, or Warranty.
  • Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome:  Our request is not a magic back door into HP Support.
  • The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
  • If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.

Important

  • Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”.  Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
  • Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
  • Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from rats and scammers.

Hi @Autofahrer1, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Apologies for all the inconvenience!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
