Hello! 

I know it is a frequently asked question but I just can't seem to fix it the way that people seem to reccomend in other situations. I bought this laptop and it came with a free dos so I had to install everything from scratch.  I upgraded everything that I could upgrade from the hp site for this notebook including everything suggested by the hp assistant. 

I know that this model is supposed to come with an RGB keyboard, but when I installed my omen command center I don't have that command tab on. 

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it? Please help me!

I checked the OMEN Command Center features compatible with the OMEN by HP 15-dc1023nq and found that RGB keyboard was not one of them. Furthermore, I checked marketing information for this device and was only able to find "Full-size island-style dragon red legend 2-zone-lighting red backlit keyboard with numeric keypad".

My retailer featured this notebook as having a RGB keyboard, so it seems like my notebook works as intended.
