How do I repair the bezel and hinge on a HP 15 -cx0xxx?

HP Recommended
Pavilion 15-cx0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bezel pulled away from the display and the hinge clicks when the top is closed. See the attached picture below. 

What do I need to fix this myself? Based on other posting this a defect that HP won't own up to.
