How do i set my charging threshold to 80%

Hello, I recently purchased a gaming laptop ( HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx) and I'd prefer using it plugged in all the time (is that ok?) since I mostly use it in my room and never really go anywhere, I've read online that it's fine but a full battery will also strain it and I a  saw people setting their max threshold to 80% and keep it plugged in like a desktop. Can anyone help me with doing such? Thanks your help would be greatly appreciated😊

I think you can't do this on your Omen machine, but please try in BIOS

Thanks for the response, I opened up my bios but I did not found any settings for such
