HP Recommended

I bought my Omen T14 last year and have had so many issues with it it's unbelievable. Constant crashes. Graphical glitches. Thermal paste leaking out of the cooler. Overheating. I've been patient with HP Customer support because I believe you generally get better results by being understanding. 

My warranty is now starting to run out so I thought I should probably get this issue fixed once and for all. In the last week I've jumped through every hoop imaginable with customer support. Windows reinstalls, factory resets etc. Just in the hope that they would take it in and repair it. I finally get to the point of them accepting to take it in and repair it. And they tell me their shift ends at 6 and will have to wait til tomorrow. It's not 6. It's just gone 5. But ok. These things happen. Maybe they're short staffed right? (This is whatsapp btw)

Today I get no reply. 4pm I say is anyone going to tell me how my laptop is going to be fixed. I get a response: "Please bear with me a moment" 5pm...Its almost 6 o clock we will reopen this on monday.

 

At this point I've given up being ok with HP. I decide to call. We are closed at 6pm. ITS 1705! 

I wish I'd never bought this laptop.
