HP Omen 17-cb0005na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Basically one day as I was playing my game, out of nowhere the laptop stopped charging for no reason. I tried replugging the charger but nothing happened so I went to ask for my problem so they sent me a new charger but that did not help as well. So now I am stuck waiting without a computer and nothing to play games on and I am desperate for some answers. Just how long does it take to repair a laptop and send it back, imagining they have the needed part in stock at the repair centre.

Hello @Nikolesto

This forum is not connected with the HP Support Center for physical repairs, so we would have no way of knowing its status.

Typically it might take 2-3 weeks, depending on what they have to do or if the unit has to be replaced and whats available.

But considering whats happening in the World right now (Covid 19 outbreak???), non essential work places are either slowed way down or not open at all at the moment. Postal centers are backed up/slowed down.

So right now its anyone's guess and all I can offer is, you will just have to understand the situation.

I can try escalating your request, but know that it might not change anything at the moment.

The world is upside down right now. 😕
