OMEN by HP - 15-ce004na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Team,

Can someone please help me to set the auto timeout for my HP OMEN -15-ce004na laptop? I have recently bought this laptop and Its backlit always keep ON and never gets off. I have tried all the possible ways but didn't find any option to set the auto timeout of backlit for this model.

Please help me to resolve this issue as it's very irritating to see the keyboard ON even without the use of it.

Thanks and looking forward your quick help in this regard.

Thanks, Team for your response and gone thru the suggested links but no luck.

I can ON/OFF the keyboard light but I want to set the Auto timeout of the backlit keyboard which keeps always turn-on or off.

Also, I don't see any lighting open in the Omen Gaming HUB / Command Center and it shows only System Vitals and Network Booster.

Even after reading multiple articles, I don't see the 'Advanced' menu in BIOS for my mentioned HP Omen Model.

Hope you understand the issue and help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Thanks
