Last week I ordered a customized Omen laptop, but then figured out that some of the specs were not what I wanted, while it took so long to ship and I'm a college student that need a laptop immediately so I decided to cancel that. I've already chatted with two customer service staff on hp.com. The first one submitted a cancellation request for me. I talked with the second one one the next day and she told me that the cancellation process needs 48 hours. It's already half a week now and there's nothing new in my mailbox, nor has my "processing" order status changed.
Currently, my customized laptop still has not been built. So what can I do so as to cancel that laptop order before receiving it? Thank you!
