My fans are always hot even if I am using hp coolsense. I was wondering if there was a fan control program where you can manually control your fan speed.

Thanks for the number. HPs site that gives me the "complete" specs is down. But I got enough to know what yours mostly has. But I cannot get a release date.

Are you under warranty still?

If you're at 80c at idle, does this temp go up quickly after first power-on or after playing a game?

Did this happen just recently or has it been this way out of the box?

Hello @aynzo

Please include the full Product Number of your HP device.

You can find it in the HP Support Assistant.

HP's don't have a manual fan control.

When you say the fans are hot, what do you mean? You need to read the temperatures of the CPU/GPU to get a better idea of what hot is. Gaming will always make the temps rise and so will the fans. They will always spin faster when the cpu gets hot due to its usage. Otherwise your PC would be shutting down.

This tool is a good one to read the temps... https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
