How to find specs on hand-me-down Omen laptop?

Hi,

One of my employees is being asked if they can use an old HP Omen laptop for 4k video recording and production work (and support 4k external monitor at 60hz or better). The First the HP system said it was invalid info, then it says "service temporarily unavailable" when i enter my info. So I can't seem to resolve this via HP support, since they need to see a valid device before they will let me speak to support.

Can anybody suggest a way to get the specs on this? Unfortunately, it's in a warehouse and we have nobody who can boot it up and test it out. I'm hoping to just find out based on model, product, S/N.

Unless I'm mistaken, no exact specification for this model

the S / N must not be given here, but it seems incorrect to me
