@aioaae
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you referring to the pinning the application?

Try this video link: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-to-pin-settings-start-screen-windows-10

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

When I open Opera, the window is always OFF center. Either too large or too small or off on one side or the other. I have to center it every time. It is always slightly off center. Is it possible to have it in the center true some settings on Windows 10. Why does it do that ? Is it because my task bar is vertically on the left ? Is it a windows problem ? Opera problem ? My pc problem ?

Thank you for posting back.

Does it happen only with Opera browser or with Internet Explorer?

If it's only with opera browser then this link: https://forums.opera.com/topic/5313/starting-opera-in-fullscreen-mode/3

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I only use Opera. It does open in full screen BUT ALWAYS slightly OFF. More often too much to the left. I need to adjust it every time. My pc is not slow it freezes with Facebook on Opera. Opera sometimes say NOT enough memory (I guess Operas memory because I have sufficient memory. I should think.) I may need a SIMPLE directive to apply or save the adjustment I made so it stays like this. I read adescription using notepad and this and that that was not clear to me. Is there a simple way to save the adjustment ? Thank you.

Thanks for trying. I am surprised that the issues with Opera and Facebook are not known, talking about lack of memory and too complex site., eventually that make my computer freeze. I am not asking much, just how to save a saved adjustment of my screen either with a HP pc or Windows 10. Would be easy to just say we dont know.  Too bad money is neede to not even be sure they will know how to fix it.

@aioaae,

I recommend you uninstall Opera browser from the computer and then reinstall it and check whether the issue is resolved.
