Cihazımın pcıe 4 veriyoluna sahip olmasına rağmen Samsung 980 pro 1tb diskimi tam performansında kullanamıyorum.

okuma hızı 7000mbs olması gerekirken 3500mbs max. Telefon destek ve canlı chat bu konuda bilgisi yok destek veremiyor.

Reason is the slots are only gen 3 limiting the speeds of any attached drives.  I have a 980 pro 2tb in mine and noticed the slow speeds right off the bat after which I ran a check and saw the slot gen and was disappointed.  Still better than a regular hd.

I cannot use my Samsung 980 pro 1tb disk, which can have pc 4 bus of my device, at its full performance.

While the read speed should be 7000mbs, 3500mbs max. Phone support and live chat are unable to support this information.

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • Is this the first time you're trying to use this Samsung 980 pro drive?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Hi,

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue? - No.  Default Bios Setting !
  • Is this the first time you're trying to use this Samsung 980 pro drive? - No. 
  • When was the last time it worked fine? - This laptop not fine working. Max 3500 Mbs Read and Write.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?  - No.
