OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

So basically I've been using my HP Omen 15 laptop for 2 years and one of its fans on the right hand side has stopped working... And I am need for a replacement for the fan but the fans are currently in backorder or out of stock... Should I order it from hp parts or can someone guide me to what i should do... Note: I had gotten this issue back in the beginning of March around 5-6th and ever since then I've been trying out the local hp stores for parts but all they did was replaced the fan with a fan which wasn't even spinning properly at the same speed and making my laptop vibrate... I insisted them to take another week if possible and deliver a fan that is proper and original... But they couldn't do it... They did not collect the original model of the fans and still charged me for labour work/service... I'm currently trying to look into the parts but it shows that my fan is on backorder what should I do? Should I still order it if yes then how long will it take?

I have run into this same problem with fans for graphics cards.  You may be better off getting the fan from the OEM if there is a long delay.

I am guessing the fan part number is L98737-001 but you can verify it by using your serial number at the below site

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

a lookup using google shows https://www.google.com/search?q=L98737-001&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Look here for example as Aliexpress probably has access to the OEM

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804589050617.html

There are 5v and 12v fans.  You will need to look at your original fan and see what voltage and current it uses.  In case of doubt contact the vendor.  You can also send a picture of your fan and and ask for help identifying it exactly.

Frequently on ebay the fan labels are removed from the fan and there is no way to tell if 5 or 12 and if the current (amps) is different then you know the fan will spin faster or slower.

I did find some options from eBay, AliExpress but the issue is I don't know if the fan speeds are going to be the same as my original ones... Like they would always have a threshold of 5900RPM at Max but the ones that I had replaced with in the service center was spinning at 5100RPM... Also the AliExpress website doesn't deliver it to my location... What should I do? I found the one on eBay will be delivered to me like around 2-11th May... Another thing is that the fans pin are three like it's a three pin config in my laptop I'm pretty sure whereas there are some fans with a four pin config... I'm worried about those too

Also is this version of fan you sent me on AliExpress... Is it compatible with my laptop which is en1036ax which is en series and not ek series...?
